To encourage and ease the mind of the learners in answering the modules, the faculty club officers of San Agustin Elementary School presided by Jonathan D. Vecina spearheaded the Toy Pantry last May 24, 2021. Hundreds of toys were showcased and were enjoyed by the 150 parents, choosing the toys that they wanted. The recipients were the long-distance learners wholeheartedly supported by their loving parents. This undertaking is an expression of the teachers to extend their deepest appreciation to the parents and learners amidst the pandemic.
Toys had undergone fifteen minutes ultraviolet sterilization process to kill germs and viruses which could cause adverse health effects to the recipients. Also, the school applied the One Toy Touch Policy meaning the recipients could only touch and pick their chosen toys. The school strictly complied with the health and safety protocols implemented by the COVID 19 Inter-Agency Task Force.
Remember that toys are multi-faceted to build and widen up the creativity and imagination of the learners. Allowing and giving them a balance time to play and study to avoid uncertainties while at home is advised.
