In today’s world, technology plays a major role in our daily lives and is used in almost every aspect of society. In education, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) creates a modern and interactive learning environment. Teachers now have countless ways to integrate technology into their classrooms. To support the need for continuous improvement in ICT skills, San Agustin Elementary School launched Project QLIC (Quality Learning via Interactive Community) in 2016. This flagship ICT program aims to develop K–12 learners who are skilled in using technology, making them competent and globally competitive. Project QLIC promotes active learning in a 21st-century classroom and involves teachers, learners, multimedia tools, and active participation from stakeholders.
