Curriculum Development
Provide a comprehensive curriculum which will develop pupil’s skills and potentials to the maximum.
Develop a localized reading program to assist children with reading difficulties and develop pupils to become independent readers.
Enhance the teaching-learning process through upgraded equipment and devices.
Upscale the SPED Inclusive Education Program to cater a wider range of exceptionalities.
Put up an ICT Center and an Interactive Library to supplement the learning needs of the pupils.
Staff Management
Develop professional and personal advancement of teachers through continuous training, mentoring and supervision.
Conduct Community of Practice (CoP) sessions among peers to provide a support group for teachers.
Equip new teachers with needed skills and values through a Teacher Induction Program and New Teachers’ Circle.
Upgrade classroom management and instruction by providing access to ICT through a Faculty Work Station.
Boost teachers’ morale and motivation.
Learning Environment
Improve service and facilities with functional learning centers.
Develop an inclusive education that caters to all types of learners, including Preschool, SPED and ALS.
Maintain a clean and green environment for a healthy learning experience.
Resource Development
Continuous updating of BEIS and improving record-keeping and documentation.
Train a financial and resource management staff for better accounting of resources.
Strengthen network with stakeholders through the Adopt-A-School Program.
Community Building
Regular conduct of General Assemblies, Teacher-Parent Conferences and Home Visitations to forge partnership with and parents and caregivers.
Maintain a collaboration with GPTA in implementing school projects and programs.
Strengthen the BCPC-SBM Partnership for a successful management of common resources.
Establish a School Governing Council for the improvement of the school system that operates under shared leadership, commitment and accountability.
